Terms of use
What CAST is
This website is an interface to smart contracts on Robinhood Chain. It helps you read token rules, launch tokens and send trades. The contracts run on their own; CAST never holds your funds or your keys, and can't reverse, pause or change a transaction or a token's rules.
Real assets
CAST runs on Robinhood Chain mainnet. ETH, USDG, stock tokens and the tokens launched here have real value, and every transaction is final. Robinhood's stock tokens are not offered to US persons or in other restricted places; you are responsible for whether you may hold or trade them.
Your responsibilities
- You control your wallet and are responsible for every transaction you sign.
- Read the fees and rules shown before you trade or launch. They come from the contracts, but you decide.
- You're responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including tax rules.
- Don't use CAST to launch tokens that impersonate people, brands or projects, mislead buyers, or break the law.
Tokens launched by others
Anyone can launch a token. CAST doesn't review, endorse or vouch for any token or creator. A fairness grade describes a token's sealed rules, not its value or its creator's intentions. Read the risks.
Fees
Each token's fees are sealed in its contract at launch. CAST receives 20% of those fees, as described on Fees and Bot Tax. You also pay the network's gas fees.
No advice
Nothing on CAST is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
No warranty
The website and contracts are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind. Smart contracts and websites can have bugs, and blockchains can be congested or unavailable. To the extent the law allows, CAST isn't liable for losses from using the website, the contracts or tokens launched with them.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Token rules already sealed on-chain are never affected by changes here.
